Moxistan Building Portal To Equestria

A portal to Equestria has been a dream for many a brony and soon, that dream may come true. I and others with the funding of the Moxistani government have been working on an enormous project to make an actual portal to the world of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

This project began a few years ago when I found myself in Moxistan after time travelling into the future and needing work. Due to my abilities in computer sciences, I was tasked with constructing a device capable of reaching a fictional land by the name of Equestria. I was introduced to the colourful show in which it exists and was enamoured by its world. Since then, I have been putting in full effort to complete this project.

While time travel is completely different from inter-universal travel to a world that doesn't actually exist, I am using the same foundations for the portal's research and construction. Back in 1940, I was able to construct a what I called a 'quantum-capable' computer. This computer was designed to interact with the world at a quantum level and through programmes written to manipulate the world at this level, I was able to time travel into the future. Although, I had just discovered this branch of computer science and said time travel was one of the only things I was capable of programming and my skills were so unrefined that I didn't account for time travelling my quantum-capable computer which had been left in 1940 and I have since had to learn to construct these computers in this future world and develop the computer science of quantum manipulation.

Now, regarding the portal to Equestria. It has been years since construction began and we believe we are close to finishing. I have also honed my skills in quantum manipulation and have come up with a way that could send people to Equestria to finally live in the land of our favourite little ponies. This method involves the transfer of people's consciousness to another world through the means of quantum manipulation and the transfer of a new discovery we made that being meta-matter. We have discovered that consciousness does indeed exist independently from the biological process and exists as a completely new type of matter that hadn't been discovered.

We still need to conduct further testing but the transfer of this meta-matter is much different than that of transferring physical matter across linear time like I had. Time travel simply required the travel of physical matter and because meta-matter can exist as physical matter, there is little problem travelling across time, at least into the future. Travel into a world with different laws and physical properties or simply one that doesn't exist is much more complicated since our physical matter is usually incompatible with those worlds and would likely cease to exist or have very unpredictable reactions. Meta-matter however, is safe to transfer almost to any world and this is the key to the portal to Equestria.

Our portal isn't like the conventional portal of some circular or otherwise gateway that one would walk into to travel. Because we can't and therefore don't need to transfer physical matter, we just need to transfer the meta-matter and construct physical matter, this case being a body, in the target world for that meta-matter to inhabit transferring the consciousness. Our best way to do this we have found is by using a gun-like device to shoot oneself with a quantum programme that would transfer the meta-matter to Equestria and then construct a body which can be the person's OC. This would effectively kill the person in the original world though and unless the travelled-to world has the capability for quantum programming, it is a one-way ride.

We have decided to name this method of inter-universal travel a 'Suicide Transfer'. We plan to begin testing of this method soon and hope to eventually have an actual, real way to travel to Equestria.
