Pimp de l'Amoure, also known as DeQuarius Valentin Abdul-Rahim Kamadeva de l'Amoure, is a former officer in the French Central Office for the Suppression of Trafficking in Human Beings (OCRTEH). He was the single best boots-on-the-ground officer in the organization with dozens of successful operations. However, due to frustrations with legal intricacies, he quit his position and moved to Moxistan, seemingly taking on a pimp persona he used in one of his operations. He is now the owner of a company with various businesses from cuddle cafes to prostitution brothels. He is also heavily involved in the regulation of his businesses' industries and seeks to create safe and gainful work environments for love workers, friendship workers, and sex workers in Moxistan to fight human trafficking through the power of the free market.
